This Midtown Centre Brisbane City project has a range of unique aspects that take advantage of Hutchinson Builders’ diverse construction experience and capability in office towers, Green Star and NABERs ratings, conversions, heritage and integrated fitouts.
Hutchinson Builders are the principal contractor and Advanced Insulation was contracted to VAE to carry out the following works.
Works included insulation from ground level to L27, two plant rooms on every level with roughly 8 AHUs per level, three chillers on level L27.
