Hutchinson Builders has partnered with Ipswich City Council for the next stage of their ongoing regeneration of the Ipswich Central area into a world-class, digitally integrated mixed-use precinct.
The project will be home to a new purpose-designed and built Council office building and chambers, with an integrated environmentally targeted fitout. Surrounding this building will be a new, thriving city heart for the community with a new cultural precinct that includes a public library, retail tenancies, water play areas, a piazza, and extensive underground car parking.
Hutchinsons are the principal contractor and Advanced Insulation was contracted to Dewpoint Air to carry out the following works.
Works included insulation from the ground floor to Level 9, plant rooms on Level 2 and Level 9 with the chiller plant on level 9 as well.
