Hutchinson Builders is the principal contractor on this project and we are contracted to Value Added Engineering (VAE).
Advanced Insulation was contracted by VAE to carry out the following works:
- The hotel will comprise 316 premium rooms, with the upper levels of the tower housing 423 one and two-bedroom residential apartments ranging in size from 54m2 to 109m2.
- Works included insulation from L1 to L53, future chilled water connections for tower 2, plant rooms and mezz on level 2, level 20, and level 53 and tying into the existing chiller plant room in the casino.
